Human Builders: More Than Teachers, Mentors for Life
When parents think about their child's education, they often focus on academics.
They wonder whether their child will learn enough, be challenged appropriately, and be prepared for college or a future career. While those questions are important, we believe there is an even more important question that deserves attention:
Who is helping shape the person my child is becoming?
At Liberty Launch Academy, we believe the adults who surround students every day have an enormous influence on their future. Long after students forget a specific lesson or assignment, they will remember the mentors who believed in them, challenged them, encouraged them, and helped them navigate life's challenges. That belief has shaped the way we have built our school from the ground up.
Rather than simply hiring teachers to deliver content, we have intentionally created a culture built around Human Builders. Our guides, mentors, coaches, and staff members see their role as much larger than helping students complete coursework. They are committed to helping students become confident, capable, resilient young adults who are prepared to thrive in every area of life.
OUR APPROACH
Every student at Liberty Launch Academy is known personally. We learn about their passions, goals, strengths, and challenges. We know which students dream of competing in sports at a high level, which students want to start businesses, which students love music, and which students are still discovering who they want to become. We understand that every child is unique, and we believe every child deserves adults who are genuinely invested in helping them reach their potential.
This becomes especially important during the junior high and high school years. These are years filled with tremendous growth and change. Students are developing confidence, learning how to build friendships, forming their identities, and discovering their strengths. They are also navigating challenges that previous generations never faced, including social media pressures, constant digital distractions, and an increasingly complex world. During these years, positive mentors can make an extraordinary difference.
Our Human Builders walk alongside students through those experiences.
They help students set goals, develop character, learn from mistakes, celebrate successes, and build habits that will serve them for the rest of their lives. They ask students about their aspirations, challenge them to think bigger, and encourage them to pursue excellence in everything they do.
We want every student who graduates from Liberty Launch Academy to leave with much more than academic knowledge. We want them to leave with confidence. We want them to leave with leadership skills. We want them to know how to communicate effectively, solve problems, overcome adversity, and build meaningful relationships. We want them to understand responsibility, integrity, and service. Most importantly, we want them to know they are capable of accomplishing far more than they once believed.
At Liberty Launch Academy, we are not simply educating students.
We are helping build future leaders, entrepreneurs, creators, fathers, mothers, husbands, wives, and difference-makers.
We are building people, and we believe that makes all the difference.
